We’re seeking an experienced and driven Pharmacy Director to lead and manage full-scope pharmacy operations at our partner facility in Las Cruces, NM. What You’ll Do:
- Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee all inpatient pharmacy functions, staff, policies, and workflows.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain accreditation standards and state/federal regulations.
- Drive Performance: Manage budgets, productivity, and clinical efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and executive leadership.
- Implement Best Practices: Focus on continuous improvement, patient safety, and medication management excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Pharmacy Degree: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required; PharmD, MS, or MBA preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years in healthcare pharmacy, with 2 years in leadership.
- Licensure: Must have or be eligible for a New Mexico Pharmacist license.
- Bonus If You Have: Background in for-profit hospital systems and experience leading productivity and clinical operations.
