Key Responsibilities:
✔Oversee the growth and performance of the physician services market in Ottumwa and surrounding areas.
✔Lead physician recruitment, retention, and development strategies.
✔Develop and implement strategies to improve care delivery, patient satisfaction, and physician engagement.
✔Manage budgets, operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
✔Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
*7 years of experience in healthcare management, including 3 years in physician services or medical group management
*Proven track record in leading physician networks and driving operational excellence
*Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
