Position Overview:
As a Pediatric ECMO Specialist RN, you will provide life-sustaining support to critically ill infants and children requiring Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO). You’ll work alongside a top-tier multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care and innovation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum 2 years of prior ECMO Specialist experience
- Previous experience with pediatric or NICU populations
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- BSN preferred
Licensure/Certifications:
- Active RN license in Texas or eligible for temporary/compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Additional certifications may be required depending on unit/specialty
Experience:
- RN I: Less than 1 year
- RN II: 1–3 years
- RN III: 3–10 years
- RN IV: 10 years
- Prior ECMO and pediatric/NICU experience is essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
