Lead a Dynamic Sonography Team in Beautiful Burlington!
We are seeking a Sonography Supervisor to oversee daily operations and supervise a team of skilled sonographers in our Burlington, VT facility. This leadership position ensures high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care while maintaining departmental efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Supervise and mentor a team of sonographers, ensuring optimal performance and patient care.
✔Oversee the scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance of sonography services.
✔Ensure compliance with safety standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
✔Develop and implement training and continuing education programs for staff.
✔Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnostics.
Qualifications:
*Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification
*Bachelor's degree in Sonography, Radiologic Technology, or related field
*3 years of experience in sonography, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
*Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
*Knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems and quality assurance practices
