About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with producers, underwriters, and carriers to deliver exceptional service and quote risk solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on coverage options.
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with carriers to negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage for clients.
- Assist producers with new business quoting, proposals, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain organized client records in the agency management system.
