About the Role :
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses. Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and leveraging referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.Present and sell commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Property, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and more.Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to structure competitive and customized insurance solutions.Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings to provide the best recommendations to clients.Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the agency management system.Qualifications & Skills :
Required : Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.Experience : Minimum 2 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management solutions.Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional service.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Proficiency in CRM and agency management systems (Applied Epic) is a plus.Why Join Us?
