What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Operations Associate position at Acquire Talent Partners LLC?
My client is a growing Private Equity firm that sits within a very specific vertical at the intersection of real estate and service businesses. After a very successful initial fundraise and fund execution, they are now in the process of building out their second fund to do the same. With the growth, they are looking to bring on board their first associate level hire to support the founders in their acquisitions due diligence and the execution of their business model post purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the underwriting of new investments, including helping with operational due diligence and financial modeling.
- Support the execution of capital investment programs.
- Aiding in the closing and post-closing transitions of new investments; including supplier management; pointof-sale integration and optimization; and team member development.
- Surging into portfolio company growth initiatives including, but not limited to, site flow optimization; marketing; B2B development; labor management; and capital investments.
- Owning regular KPI and OKR reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Building new relationships with key vendors and other critical stakeholders.
- Help with FP&A projects including annual budgeting and KPI / OKR determinations.
Qualifications:
- BA or higher education in finance, economics, mathematics, or similar field
- 2-5 years of operations experience within a private equity firm, consulting firm, or Chain / QSR environment
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Modelling, Dashboarding)
- Proven ability to multi-task, manage timelines, and perform in a high-expectation, unstructured environment
- A track record of solving problems about which you previously knew little or nothing.
- Effective oral and written communication with a high attention to detail.
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
