Summary
Chroma Early Learning Academy is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Center Support/Management Support team member. This position is key in ensuring that our classrooms run smoothly, staff are supported, and school-age children are safely transported. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and ready to assist in a variety of tasks to support both the teaching staff and management.
Duties
Assist in classrooms as needed, supporting teachers and students.
Provide lunch breaks for staff, ensuring proper coverage.
Manage bus transportation for school-age children to and from school.
Perform light office work such as filing, data entry, and organization.
Support management with various tasks to help maintain an efficient and positive environment.
Requirements
21 Years Old
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or childcare-related certification preferred).
Experience working in a childcare or educational environment.
Ability to work well with children and staff in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must have a valid driver?s license and a clean driving record for bus transportation duties.
Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks as needed.
Ability to pass a National Criminal Background check.
