Summary
The Vine Early Learning, Inc. is seeking candidates to fill our open support staff positions. Preferred candidates will have open availability, be flexible and open to learning through different methods of education, and have a strong love for children and their individual growth.
This position will be most helpful to cover vacations, sick days, and unexpected absences. Could be part time, full time, or a combination, depending on the needs of enrollment.
Duties
Provides support to all classroom Teachers
Maintains confidentiality
Conducts regular classroom observations and reports findings to Director
Ensures healthy classroom environments
Assists with classroom problem solving
Abides by all policies and state regulations
Provides support in maintaining records, forms, and files
Leads by example; encourages children's success through modeling and coaching
Acts in a professional manner
Maintains communication with parents and prospective families
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma
Nice To Haves
CDA certification
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or other related fields
Montessori credential and/or training
