The Sales Coordinator provides support to a regional sales team and is customer facing. This position is key in the flow of work information processes for the Sales team and performs in a very fast paced moving environment. Reporting to the Director of Sales Coordination & Commercialization, they will act as the central point of contact for the sales team assigned.

The Sales Coordinator provides support to a regional sales team and is customer facing. What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be detail oriented and have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills and holding people accountable for project deliverables
- 2 years of prior Administrative Experience
- Completing vendor/product information forms
- Obtaining product specification sheets/MDS sheets & specs
- Navigating ACR systems; S2K, CRM, 1ACR, Celonis, PowerBi
- Processing sample requests
- Submission of rebates via CRM
- Contract/Bid submission
- Assist with managing the flow of information pertaining to inventory, gaps and be proactive account problem solving
- Backorder communication for strategic and critical accounts
- Work collaboratively interdepartmentally
- Communicate pricing discrepancies
- Spot buy order verification & release
- Product recall management
- New item set-up submission
- Assist with new account set-up management
- Stocking agreement and forecast submissions
- AR research for deduction purposes
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary : $40,500 - $45,000
