Acra Lending is hiring for Account Executives in Chattanooga, TN! This Account Executive position is responsible for developing a plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals. Weve Increased Compensation by 10 BPS! $0$3.0M : 45 bps $3.0M$5.0M : 50 bps $5.0M : 60 bps Responsibilities : Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills Required : Four-year Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent. Preferred but not required High school diploma recipient.
