What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesperson position at Acre NY Realty Inc?
Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- General administrative support and daily client coordination
- Calendar Management, scheduling and coordination between clients and brokers
- Market Research and Property identification task
- Listing Management for team
- Showing Logistics and Coordination
- Vendor management and coordination for digital and marketing activities including but not limited to social media, graphic design, blog writing, SEO/SEM, database development and more
- Package development for customers and deals
- Excellent writing and editing capabilities
Qualifications:
- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends
- License for real estate is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background in real estate is required for this position
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software About Company
Position type:
- full-time,/part-time (temporary work at home, under certain circumstances, you need to return to office/training)
