Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer service
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software
- Strong phone skills with the ability to connect with customers and coworkers
- Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a professional office environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, diagnose window/door issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate all installations, service appointments, and project measurements, optimizing schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Service Coordination: Maintain the service log, order and track service parts, and schedule service claims.
- Team Communication: Work closely with the Installation Director and project managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
