We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department as we pursue our vision of creating a more transparent and accessible land marketplace. This role will help own our self service Marketing Funnel in a rapidly growing business. This position is responsible for leading and scaling Acres growth marketing to achieve targeted sales objectives and demands a combination of strategic planning, team collaboration, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad platforms with proven experience in delivering metrics-driven results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a position ideal for someone looking to put their name behind some dynamic and impactful accomplishments on our rapidly expanding platform. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including marketing automation and analysis, sales enablement, campaign coordination, reporting, and more. Our organization is fast-paced, so a good fit for this role would be someone looking to grow quickly and jump into a variety of marketing needs for the team.
Our marketing department is a multi-platform business supported by central marketing efforts.
The ideal Growth Marketing Manger will juggle many balls and coordinate complex projects across multiple team members and departments. They will gather project requirements from stakeholders, communicate with project stakeholders on status, and ensure that our work is completed in a timely and organized manner. Ultimately, revenue growth and customer satisfaction of each business unit will define success in this role. Our marketing department is team-oriented, curious, and results-driven. Core Responsibilities
- Co-Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for our Self Service product, driving user acquisition, activation, and expansion through a product-led growth (PLG) lens.
- Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns across paid channels (search, social, programmatic) to drive high-quality traffic, trials, and conversions.
- Build, launch, and iterate on targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in partnership with sales, focusing on high-value segments to drive qualified pipeline and adoption.
- Leverage data and user behavior insights to continuously optimize the conversion funnel—from ad click to product signup to engagement and upsell.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify growth opportunities across the user journey and implement experiments that improve activation and retention.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance, CAC, LTV, and other key growth metrics; communicate results and recommendations across the org.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure messaging and creative assets align with campaign objectives and the overall voice of the company.
- Manage the growth marketing budget across paid channels, ensuring efficient and scalable spend aligned with acquisition and revenue goals.
- Continuously improve our use of HubSpot for lifecycle marketing, segmentation, lead scoring, and automation workflows that support Self Service growth and ABM nurture.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform channel mix, GTM planning, and growth experimentation.
- Operate with a test-and-learn mindset—prioritize structured experimentation to uncover growth levers and iterate quickly.
- Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional planning conversations, helping align product marketing, demand generation, and customer success around shared growth goals.
- Expert in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ad platforms
- Experience in a similar role with a solid track record of metric-backed success
- Experience in Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing
- Knowledge of Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with fast pace sales teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a Growth Marketing role for 3-5 years
- Experience working in B2B and B2C
- Background in agriculture, real estate, or land brokerage
