Responsibilities :
- Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
- Marketing / Quoting new business and renewal submissions.
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and policy changes.
- Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency.
- Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiative.
