Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Benefits Associate Account Manager. In this role, you will provide support to our Account Managers in all aspects of plan administration and client advocacy. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, coordinating client meetings and events, preparing communication materials, and ensuring timely updates of client policies and data. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to work with multiple systems and software applications, and a solid understanding of group coverage types and benefits compliance activities.

Compensation : $24.04-$33.65 per hour
