Job Summary:

Our Woburn, MA office is seeking a full-time entry level trainee position for Surety Bond Administrator/Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an individual who can work independently and as part of a team, has strong attention to detail, is a multi-tasker, has strong accurate computer entry and typing skills and is a responsible and reliable worker. We will train you in our procedures for processing Bonds, issuing Certificates of Insurance and handling insurance claims. You will also be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls, processing mail and other office tasks as needed.

Job Summary:

Issue bonds, invoice bond premiums, issue Certificates of Insurance, process claims, handle incoming and outgoing mail, answer phone, transfer calls.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills- ability to prioritize and take initiative
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic Mathematical Skills: (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and understanding fractions, decimals, and percentages
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

Education/Experience:

  • High School diploma required
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
