Our Construction Insurance Specialty team in South Florida is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dynamic, full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager with specialized experience in Construction Insurance. This role focuses on managing accounts for middle and large-market construction and roofing clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Construction-related Property and Casualty insurance, including knowledge of relevant markets, programs, and carriers. A valid and active 220 License is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of middle and large-market construction and roofing accounts nationwide.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Valid active 220 FL license
- Construction Insurance designation(s) – preferred, not required
- Insurance designation(s) – strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Multi-lingual a plus
- Minimum 5 years Commercial Insurance Account Management (or similar) experience, required
- High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent required. College degree a plus
