Job Summary:
Coordinate and manage all surety bond needs for assigned client base by communicating with clients, production staff and Surety Companies. Handle all varieties of bonds throughout life cycle including execution, invoicing, and close out.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison to client, Producers, and Surety Company representatives in handling the execution of all types of surety bonds.
Maintain and update client financial and bond files, review contracts and bond forms based on client requests to extract relevant information. Promptly prepare bid and final bonds for delivery to clients (paper and electronically), ensuring accuracy.
Coordinate invoicing between clients and Surety Company and follow up for payment.
Process final close-outs for premium reconciliation.
Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Assist in mailings
Other administrative support as necessary
Requirements:
Experience in Surety industry, administration, and account management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Computer skills, including Microsoft suite, Adobe, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Insurance customer service, preferred but not required
Applied EPIC or other agency management experience, preferred but not required
Erlon, Tinubu or similar surety bond software experience, preferred but not required
