Job Summary:
Manage marketing, servicing and client relationships, and relationships with underwriters. Nature of accounts -- from small to complex middle market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
Requirements:
Valid active 220 FL license
Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Multi-lingual a plus
Education/Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years Commercial Insurance Account Management (or similar) experience, required
High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent required.
College degree a plus
