Responsibilities:
To Executive Search Firms & Staffing Agencies: Acrisure does not accept unsolicited resumes from any agencies that have not signed a mutual service agreement. All unsolicited resumes will be considered Acrisure’s property, and Acrisure will not be obligated to pay a referral fee. This includes resumes submitted directly to Hiring Managers without contacting Acrisure’s Human Resources Talent Department.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
- Marketing/Quoting new business and renewal submissions.
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and policy changes.
- Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency.
- Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiative.
- Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI)
- Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational computing skill/typing 50 WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
