To assist the Commercial Lines service staff and Client Advisors (as necessary) in servicing new and existing accounts, with a positive attitude, as stated by agency guidelines and procedures. A Commercial Lines Account Coordinator is committed to delivering a consistently impeccable experience.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Renewal Application/File Preparation
- Produce pre-renewal and renewal schedules
- Request loss runs.
- Create premium loss summary, where applicable.
- Obtain MVR’s, as required.
- Provide proof of insurance to clients and/or mortgagees via ID cards, certificates of insurance, or evidence of insurance after verifying coverage
- Handle requests timely and accurately in accordance with agency procedures and service standards.
- Accurate and timely processing of endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Prepare audit letter, and, if agency bill, request check to include with the letter.
- Ensure accuracy of new or existing data.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial processing desirable.
- 4-40 insurance license required within 90 days of being in this position.
- If candidate does not have commercial insurance background, must demonstrate a strong knowledge of fundamental insurance principles.
