Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Searches: Own Business-Led and Standardized searches, including managing hiring manager relationships and facilitating offer design negotiations with candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Actively seek out and engage passive candidates to develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain contact with or monitor high-quality prospects even when requisitions are not open to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Strategic Prioritization: Suggest prioritization of hiring requirements based on business needs and market analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Market Insights: Share labor market data to support recommended changes to hiring requirements, such as identifying talent pool limiters or expanders.
- Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate where nonobvious talent can be successful in a role by considering transferable experiences and available upskilling opportunities.
- Communicate Acrisure’s culture and values and help guide hiring decisions based on candidates past performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Provide hiring managers with professional and expert recruitment consultation in developing and recommending strategies to ensure a successful hiring outcome.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs and demands of the assigned home office functions and use this insight to provide best in class service.
- Drive the offer process by working closely with internal partners and collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of full-life cycle recruitment experience required.
- 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience required.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use labor market data to inform hiring strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- A proven ability to identify transferable skills and evaluate candidates for potential success in nontraditional roles.
- Applicable market research capabilities.
- Ability to influence decisions through relationships by utilizing strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with US (federal/state/local) employment laws and regulations.
