The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our high-growth brand and play a pivotal role in shaping and cascading our brand voice and messaging into every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is adept at storytelling and writing copy that resonates with different audiences across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity to bring a B2C voice to an AI powered brand. Opportunities span from creating integrated campaigns to core tasks needed to build a brand. The candidate will have regular communication with the marketing leadership team, and should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at scale. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative copy that aligns with our brand objectives and resonates with our target audiences.
  • Partner with the Lead Designer on incorporating messaging into the brand book for various audiences as the brand continues to evolve as well as help ensure brand consistency across the organization day to day.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy across the full funnel, including website landing pages, paid ads, email campaigns, print collateral, and potentially audio and video activation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touch points, and regularly A/B test across channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and sales support functions on copy templates needed for emails, RFPs, and other materials.
  • Work collaboratively with freelancers and external agencies to augment copywriting capabilities and deliver high-quality content on schedule.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize copy processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire creative copywriting approaches.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in copywriting roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand storytelling, in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of crafting compelling copy for paid ads, email campaigns, website landing pages, and print collateral.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and translate ideas into impactful messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools/software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
  • Experience working with freelancers, external agencies, and other partners to execute creative projects is a plus.
  • Email will play a significant role in this position. Please include examples of email and subject line content if not in your portfolio.
