One of our client is looking for a Client Support in Salem Missouri USA 65560
Duration : 3 Months (Potential contract to hire)
Shift : 8am - 5pm (3 days) 11am - 8pm (2 days)
Number of positions: 1
Pay rate: $25 to $28 Per hour
This is Hybrid role.
Job description:
Identify, manage, escalation, and resolve technical issues. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks. Troubleshoot all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and networking. Monitor installed systems, identify problems, and take corrective action.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support to the clients
- Troubleshoot application issues, basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems.
Requirements:
- 3 years technical experience a plus.
- Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues.
- 3 years of customer service experience
- The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule.
- Very strong user and support of MSOffice.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree would be plus
Job Type: Contract
