Description
- Handle incoming calls for the Unemployment Insurance Bureau. Answer client questions and/or direct calls to the appropriate party.
- Input data from source documents. Use alphanumeric and ten key data entries.
- Filing
- Account research/analysis which requires reviewing employers' accounts in our mainframe system
- Receives, and reviews source documents compares documents to database information, edits, codes, and corrects or returns documents.
- May maintain records and files regarding work processed.
Job Requirements
- Ability to operate multiline phones, reception and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in office operations such as operating office machines, handling incoming and outgoing mail, postal and shipping services, answering phones, directing calls and taking messages; file maintenance, and maintaining and updating supplies.
- Experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve, inquire and report on data.
Salary : $18
