Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Gather and summarize data for reports and maintain varied spreadsheet reports and correspondence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for document creation and management.
- Operate inter- / intranet systems and handle telephone communications effectively.
- Perform a wide range of administrative functions, maintaining confidentiality and handling detailed work with precision.
- Problem-solve and execute independent judgment in handling technical, complex, and difficult administrative tasks.
- Manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously, ensuring prioritization and coordination of activities.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members as required.
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with staff and external entities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring proper preparation and follow-up.
