Job Description :
This position is responsible for understanding the Delaware mental health commitment laws and criteria for psychiatric inpatient hospitalization. Must be detail-oriented : Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness, and possess the ability to quickly identify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies. Critical thinking : the ability to navigate through a difficult or unusual situation. Provides clear, concise, timely communication and follow-up with providers. Verify insurance and send referrals to appropriate facilities. Maintain organized documentation and track referrals. Provides notification to our collaborative partners to ensure continuity of care for our patients.
Qualification : Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in mental health services, and referral coordination. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Reader and other computer-based applications.
Shift - Sat and Sun 7 pm-7 am / 24 hrs / week
