About the Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and implementing solutions tailored to end-user requirements under the guidance of leads and managers. They will document processes, write test cases, and support the Test Plan.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transition to MYNT for Taxation's mailroom optimization project
- Technical writing and review of processes for multiple business lines
- Content management for the Project SharePoint site
- Provide guidance to other contract staff
- Document processes for both business and technical within the department
- Write test cases and work with the Quality Analyst
- Evaluate and rebrand documentation for Project MYNT
- Understand and assist with Functional and Technical Requirements
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE business platforms and processes
- Support modernization preparations and implementation phases
- Organize and attend Department meetings
- Review and prepare content for internal publication and distribution
- Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Conduct discovery meetings with Departmental staff
- Assist MYNT Team members with documenting processes
- Manage Standard Operating Procedures for MYNT processes
- Content management and posting for the Team's SharePoint site
- Create Testing Outlines & Test Cases
- Develop training materials for process transition
- Support training of Department specific AI models
- Review and document security configurations
- Define and quantify baseline and reporting metrics for Department initiatives
