We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at Acro Service Corp as an Elevator Modernization Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for modernizing elevator systems within commercial, residential, and industrial properties.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with current maintenance customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored elevator modernization solutions to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will also be responsible for prospecting and lead generation through existing customers, networking, and internal referrals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing customers, networking, and internal referrals.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their current elevator systems, understand their needs, and propose modernization solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.
- Solution Selling: Present elevator modernization services, including upgrades to control systems, safety features, and energy-efficient technologies. Provide clients with detailed proposals and cost estimates.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, general contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to final contract negotiation, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide clients with the best possible modernization solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project implementation.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses within the company's tracking/CRM system.
- Product Knowledge & Training: Continuously improve technical knowledge of elevator systems, modernization options, and new technologies to present innovative solutions to clients.
