About the Role
As a Gas Construction Manager at Acro Service Corp, you will play a critical role in overseeing the construction phase of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the project is completed safely, within scope, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate pre-construction meetings to emphasize safety and communicate any schedule or construction recommendations with the Project Manager.
- Oversee pre-fab and onsite construction, monitoring project safety, scope, quality, risk, schedule, and budget.
- Report progress daily to the Project Manager.
- Supervise contract inspectors and resolve issues related to materials, construction, and scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate testing and start-up of installed equipment, develop punch lists, and obtain signoff of turnover checklists from Field Leaders.
- Assist the Project Manager in providing O&M manuals and asset lists to responsible parties.
- Ensure as-built redline drawings are submitted to Engineering.
- Compile and submit close-out documentation consistent with standard formats provided by the Project Manager.
