Material Planner I

The Material Planner is responsible for establishing and executing a set manufacturing plan for one or more programs. Ensures material is forecasted, ordered, and available on time to meet the build plan. The planner is responsible for releasing work to the manufacturing floor for build, maintains ship dates and customer commitments while working with other support staff to execute the plan. The planner must monitor cost, quality, schedule of programs to meet the goals set by the business. Communication across multiple business functions is required -- business areas include but not limited to Finance, Program offices, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
