a. Refactoring and Optimizing Large Code bases for performance and efficiency
2) Heavy SQL Administration / Windows Experience
a. Automating Monitoring (expert level)
b. Security analysis
c. Advanced knowledge of HA/DR solutions
3) Strong Communication Skills & Project Delivery
a. Communication and Project delivery are key here
7 years – SQL Server Administration
7 years – SQL Server – T-SQL
7 years – ETL Design and Implementation
5 years – PowerShell
5 years – SSRS
4 years – Windows Server Administration
