- HVAC experience, particularly in how to evacuate and charge HVAC systems.
- Weigh and dump refrigerants
- Developing new systems to determine how much refrigerants are needed, how much is used, lots of testing and collaborating with engineers.
- Ability to operate a lab - will be working independently
- Interact with engineers and technicians
- Keep inventory of materials in their lab - ownership of the lab
