Job Title : Administrative Assistant (Procurement Dept)
Duration : 3 Months Contract
Location : Atlanta, GA 30339 (ONSITE)
Work Schedule : Mon-Fri [ 8 AM – 5 PM ] (40 Hours per week)
Job Summary :
Supports procurement operations, handling document management, training support, supplier outreach, and end-user assistance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update SOPs, supplier trackers, and procurement documents.
- Organize procurement repositories and ensure accuracy.
- Manage training materials, host ad-hoc sessions, and assist with procurement tools (Jaggaer).
- Support supplier onboarding, outreach, and registration.
- Provide document and system support to North American employees.
