Job Title : Sr. SCM Specialist/ IT Project Manager
Duration : 12 Months Long Term Contract
Location : Waukegan, IL 60085 (ONSITE)
Work Schedule : Mon-Fri [ 8 AM – 5 PM ]
Job Summary:
The IT Technical Specialist provides expert technical support and direction for SAP-SCM, covering Production Planning, Production Execution, and Quality Management. Responsible for system development, enhancements, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Leads global projects, requirement-gathering workshops, technical configuration, testing, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP-SCM application development, testing, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers for project execution.
- Conduct requirement workshops and project scoping.
- Provide technical configuration, code review, and solution testing.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend integration strategies.
- Ensure system documentation, change requests, and validation compliance.
- Oversee performance monitoring, capacity planning, and software upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related business field.
- 10–13 years of experience in SAP-SCM, preferably in healthcare.
- Prior management experience with strong leadership skills.
- Expertise in problem resolution, root cause analysis, and service delivery.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of business operations, service requirements, and process optimization.
Salary : $90 - $95
