Job Description
Works under the supervision of an administrative supervisor. Candidate will have the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence. Candidate schedules meetings and Intake appointments, as well as is responsible for making reminder calls for each scheduled event. Candidate is responsible for maintaining a continuous log of all scheduled appointments and meetings with staff / clients. Candidate gathers and enters data relating to operational practices and procedures for use in evaluating services provided. Candidate will maintain records of materials and office supplies and will place orders to replenish as needed. Candidate maintains organized file system for the organization of the facility. Candidate represents the Bridge Clinic as the first point of contact upon intakes and screenings. Candidate will provide general support to visitors. Candidate will produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Possession of a high school diploma required
- Six months of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant or in other secretarial positions.
- Six months experience in the field of behavior health is preferred.
