Job Details :
Job Title- Customer Service Representative
Location- Phoenix, AZ 85007 (HYBRID)
Duration- 12 months
Pay range- $20 / hr
Shift Hours- Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from new and existing businesses with questions about licensing, status of applications or account update request(s), missing returns, outstanding liabilities and other general inquiries.
- Reviewing and processing license applications, and documenting resolution as appropriate.
- Reviewing and processing business account update request forms, and documenting resolution as appropriate.
- Responding to customer email inquiries and performing light to medium research to provide a resolution in writing or via callback to customer.
- Reviewing customer inquiries forwarded by other departments for follow-up, and performing light to medium research to provide a resolution in writing or via callback to customer.
- Consulting with team lead and / or supervisor for guidance with complex inquiries where written procedure / standard work is unclear.
