Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Specialist Intern to support the Product Development team in preparing training materials, tracking internal projects, and providing administrative assistance. This internship is tailored for PhD candidates graduating in Fall 2025 who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in product development and management.

Essential Functions

• Assist in preparing training materials for internal teams on product applications and relevant technical topics.
• Support the creation of technical documentation and product application support materials.
• Track internal project timelines, progress, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, recording meeting minutes, and coordinating project communications.
