Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Specialist as a partner to contribute to our company goals and customer s needs. The Product Specialist will support Product Manager to define and drive the product strategy, design, and develop products that deliver the company s vision and strategy.
Essential Functions
Provide technical training and product knowledge to internal teams, including sales and marketing, to enhance customer engagement.
Support Product Manager conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.
Attending trade shows and conferences to gain insights into emerging technologies and identify unmet market demands.
Assist in defining product roadmaps, confirming requirements, and aligning development efforts with business priorities.
Collaborate with R&D teams to monitor product development progress, address challenges, and ensure timelines are met.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product applications and ensure alignment with market needs.
Support cross-functional collaboration to align technology development and market strategies with business objectives.
Other projects or responsibilities may be required.
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
PhD (0-1 year) or Master s degree (3-5 years) of industry experience in cancer biology, immunology, biochemistry or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
Demonstrated understanding of the drug development process and familiarity with biological drug development techniques.
Proven expertise in designing and developing experimental protocols.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience
Experience in product management, development, or CMC in biotech/pharma, particularly in CGT.
Experience in customer engagement roles, such as technical support, field application scientist, or technical sales.
Background in project management or GMP QA is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong business acumen and an aptitude for understanding customer requirements and aligning them with new product introductions.
Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with strong self-learning and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000 plus bonus/commission.
