Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team and contribute to our company goals and customer needs. The Lab Technician will support R&D activities, commercial assay development projects, and customer service initiatives.
Essential Functions

- Adhere to established procedures and methodologies, such as SPR and ELISA, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
- Record critical data and test results in real-time, and perform data analysis as directed.
- Assist the supervisor in planning research protocols and procedures, and summarizing analysis data.
- Support the supervisor, project leaders, and other professional staff with information exchange and clarification.
- Assist in annual internal and external audits.
- Manage the inventory of reagents and supplies.
- Maintain the laboratory in a clean and functional state.
- Schedule equipment maintenance as needed.
- Undertake other projects or responsibilities as required.
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of industry experience in SPR and/or ELISA.
- Experience with bioanalytical assays.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 or GMP standards.
- Ability to follow advanced laboratory instructions and safety requirements.
- Demonstrated efficiency and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and results orientation, capable of multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
