Essential Functions

- Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing technicians, including training, performance management, and mentoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain, to address production issues and achieve operational goals.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, innovation, and positive workplace behaviors.
- Lead organizational and talent development, with a focus on strengthening leadership capabilities.
- Champion the company’s core values, promoting ethical behavior and best practices.
- Plan and oversee lab design and facility management to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety.

- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related Life Science.
- 10 years of experience in a biotech manufacturing or similar environment.
- 5 years of management experience, overseeing multiple direct reports.
- Operational and business/plant startup experience
- Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and leadership growth.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required
- Advanced degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related Life Science or degree in Business
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within complex matrix organizations.
- Strong background in LEAN methodologies, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Decision-making based on logical reasoning and sound judgment.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
