Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and / or alternatives
- Multi-task between phone calls and computer systems while documenting interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
- Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and implement new ideas for better customer service
- Achieve individual and team sales and service goals, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint
