Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases and spreadsheets from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Adhere to established data entry guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address data-related questions or concerns.
- Meet or exceed data entry speed and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
