We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Information Input Clerk to join our team. The Information Input Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering a variety of data into our computer systems. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity and supporting the smooth operation of various departments within the company.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input data from various sources (e.g., forms, documents, spreadsheets) into designated computer systems.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and processing.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
