- Position: Cyto Technologist
- Location: 1350 Walton Way Augusta, GA 30901
- Duration: 12 Weeks with High possibility of extension.
- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) Every other weekend.
Job Duties:
- Prepare, stain, and examine cell samples under a microscope to detect abnormalities.
- Identify precancerous, cancerous, and infectious conditions in cellular specimens.
- Work with pathologists to provide diagnostic findings.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports.
- Follow laboratory safety and quality control procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Assist in fine-needle aspiration (FNA) procedures when required.
- Stay updated on advancements in cytopathology and laboratory techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
