Job Title: Administrative - Birth Registrar
Location: 725 North St, Pittsfield, MA 01201
Shift: PART TIME 8hr days 32hr guarantee (7:30am - 3:30pm)
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/Hourly.
Job Duration: 13 weeks Contract
Submission Requirements
- 3 years current experience as office registrar
- MA NOTARY REQUIRED (MUST BE BONDED/INSURED!) - Please include in profile. Bond and Notary are required in order to present traveler to client. Client will not pend.
- Will service Birthing Unit Administratively - Will process Birth Certificates
- HS graduate or GED
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, other health care providers required.
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple job tasks on a daily basis to meet the needs of the department required.
- Knowledge of Meditech/Excel & Word preferred.
- Valid Driver License required for this need
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
- Ability to comprehend, speak and write the English language
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
