Job Title: Director, Facilities Engineering
Location: 725 North St, Pittsfield, MA 01201
Shift: Varied Days 40hr guarantee.
Pay Rate: $80,00-$85.00/Hourly.
Job Duration: 13 weeksContract
Summary: Direct responsibility for Facilities Engineering and Maintenance, Building Life Safety, New Construction & Renovation Project Planning Management for Hospital and all other Hospital owned locations.
- Proactive participation in strategic planning with focus on project management skills, analytic ability, sound judgment and strong operational focus.
- Manage & organize financial operating budgets for several departments.
- Lead staff effectively and function as a role model collegiality and effectively as it relates to people at all levels within the organization.
Submission Requirements
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible Health Care Facilities leadership experience preferred.
- Operations/construction management within an automated systems Health Care setting work environment.
- Experience in successfully managing and implementing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and demonstrated mentoring, excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or minimum five years responsibility at a Director level in areas of engineering, maintenance, and construction for Healthcare Facility Planning or a related field.
- MA Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted), or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) REQUIRED
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
