Permanent(Full Time)
Pay Rate: $124,256-$143,121/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

- Board certified NP/PA, at least 2 years of Inpatient Cardiology experience (not including RN or training experience)
- Accepting full-time (80 hours per pay period)
- 8:00 am-4:30 pm clinic hours
- 6:00 am-4:30 pm Cath lab hours

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - REQUIRED
- Oregon license - REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 year of work experience as Inpatient Cardiology NP/PA - REQUIRED
- Does the provider have ties to Oregon - i.e. family in the area or has lived in OR at some point? - REQUIRED
