Permanent(Full Time)
Pay Rate: $114,430-123,584/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

- At least 1 year of NP employment experience is preferred, preferably in wound care management with an ostomy care.
- Full-time Monday-Friday
- Days position- no weekends, no call.
- NP has both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
- NP’s work closely with the Colorectal and Urology surgeons for pre-surgery site markings and to ensure patients and their families receive the education they need on ostomies- what to expect, life adaptations and follow-up care post-procedure.
- Conduct thorough assessments of ostomy patients, including evaluation of wound status, skin integrity, and overall health.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, ensuring optimal wound healing and management of complications.
- Provide patient education on ostomy care techniques, skin maintenance, and prevention of complications.

- Board Certified (by time of start) NP - REQUIRED
- NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- WOCN Certification - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Knowledge and experience with wound care and ostomies (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- At least 1 year of NP employment experience, preferably in wound care management with an on ostomy care _ - _HIGHLY PREFERRED
